The Conservation Authority identified Collingwood as the most at-risk community in the watershed for flooding during an extreme storm event. The Town of Collingwood certainly is doing their part to learn about prevention with the Collingwood Stormwater Pilot (read more about that at http://collingwoodpilotproject.com/ )
