The SafeSump, as one of the leading products in the Collingwood Smart Stormwater Pilot Project, was featured in a presentation held by Mark/Eric Palmer of Greenland International and Martin Rydlo of the Town of Collingwood at the National Water and WasteWater Conference held in Montreal this week. .

Now in its 6th year, World Water-Tech North America has gained global recognition as a summit where deals are made and new partnerships are formed between utilities, engineering giants, technology innovators and large-scale investors.

The Conservation Authority identified Collingwood as the most at-risk community in the watershed for flooding during an extreme storm event. The Town of Collingwood certainly is doing their part to learn about prevention with the Collingwood Stormwater Pilot (read more about that at http://collingwoodpilotproject.com/ )
